Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp with your order number.

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may be eligible to request a return or exchange as per our return policy.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items such as personal care, hygiene, or custom-made products (including wigs or microblading tools) may not be eligible for cancellation or return. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed within 3–7 business days through your original payment method. Refund times may vary based on your bank or service provider.
