1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened beauty and skincare products
- Wigs and hair extensions that have been worn or altered
- Microblading tools and kits
- Bedroom products
- Customized or made-to-order items
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days through your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with photos as proof of the issue.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
